Jesse G Coins may collect information you voluntarily submit through purchases, collection-review requests, appraisal inquiries, offers and the Coin Hunter Want List. This can include your name, email, phone number, city, shipping information, collection descriptions, uploaded collection photos and collector preferences.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Jesse G Coins does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
How information is used
Information may be used to complete and ship orders, respond to inquiries, review collections, match want-list requests with inventory, prevent fraud, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations and improve the site.
Collection photos
Photos uploaded through the collection-intake form are treated as private inquiry material and are used to evaluate the collection or respond to the request. They are not intended for public display without separate permission.
Sharing
Jesse G Coins does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the site, process payments, deliver orders, prevent fraud or comply with law.
Retention and security
Business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for transactions, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance and legitimate business operations.
