Terms of Sale

Basic terms for buying coins and using JesseGCoins.com.

Last updated: October 5, 2026.

Item-specific sales

Unless clearly stated otherwise, collectible coins shown for sale are individual items. Photographs, written descriptions, grading-service information and disclosed attributes are part of the listing.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change until checkout is successfully completed. A coin is not considered sold merely because someone begins checkout. If an obvious pricing, inventory or listing error occurs, Jesse G Coins may cancel the transaction and refund the payment.

Payment

Online Buy Now payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is treated as paid.

Certified coins and grading opinions

Third-party certification and grading information is presented as shown on the holder or certification record. Grading is an opinion. Jesse G Coins does not guarantee future grade, crossover, upgrade, sticker, attribution or acceptance by another grading service or buyer.

Raw coins

Any grade, attribution or condition description for an uncertified coin is an opinion unless otherwise stated. Buyers should review all available photographs and description details before purchase.

Market values

Coin, bullion and precious-metal markets can move quickly. No representation is made that an item will retain, increase or achieve any particular resale value.

Appraisal and collection-review requests

Brevard County, Florida is the primary area for in-person appraisal and collection-review requests. Out-of-area requests may be considered individually. A website inquiry does not itself create a formal appraisal engagement, guarantee travel or require either party to complete a purchase or sale.

Site use

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with security controls or attempt unauthorized access to private administrative or customer information.

Policy changes

These terms may be updated as the business and website evolve. The version in effect at the time of a completed order governs that order unless a more specific written agreement applies.
