Returns & Order Issues
Collectibles are individual items, so problems are handled based on the specific coin and transaction.

Wrong item, shipping damage or material listing error
If you receive the wrong item, the shipment arrives damaged, or the item materially differs from the written listing, contact Jesse G Coins as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Keep the item, holder, labels and original packaging in the condition received while the issue is reviewed.
General returns
Because many coins, bullion items and certified collectibles have changing market values and are individually photographed, returns for buyer's remorse are not automatically accepted. Any discretionary return must be approved before the item is sent back.
Market movement and grading expectations
A change in precious-metal price, auction market, price-guide value, population data or resale value after purchase is not by itself a reason for a return. Likewise, no guarantee is made that a coin will cross, upgrade, sticker, regrade or receive the same opinion from another grading service or buyer.
Condition of an approved return
If a return is approved, the exact item must be returned in the same holder and condition in which it was sold. Do not clean, alter, open, crack out, conserve or modify the coin or holder. Return instructions, insurance and shipping responsibility will be provided for the specific situation.
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights
This policy does not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If a listing contains a more specific written return term, the more specific term applies to that sale.
